Red Light Therapy

Each session is 20 minutes, however, it’s a 30-minute time slot to give you time to change before and after but you can get up to 25-30 minutes if time permits.

You lie down in the red bed (similar to how a lay down tanning bed works) for your 20-minute session.

The more skin that’s exposed to the red light, the better. We recommend either shorts, underwear, bathing suits and some people even wear their birthday suit.

Towel, water, and airpods if you want to listen to music in the bed.

Absolutely! Each room is in its own private room where you can lock the door.

Yes, our booth has 2 chairs in it so you can bring someone any time to enjoy a red light experience with you. We have many couples that come in and do this service together as their date-day or night.  Remember, we offer a free first session for everyone so bring as many people as you want!  We will just have to put them in our system upon arrival and have them sign their waiver before joining you in the Room.

Not in The Chill N Out booth! We have over 6,000 watts of Red Lights with the highest Irradience (power of the bulbs) in the industry with a 60 degree angle instead of 90 degrees. With the millions of micro bursts of light insures that you are getting the most effective red light therapy in the world, no matter where you are in the booth and how far away you are from the bulbs!

No, that’s an infrared sauna. Red light therapy is warm and comfortable.

Even once a week will make a difference, 2 times is obviously better but 3 times is ideal. Red light therapy is accumulative so the more consistent you do it the better the results you will see and feel. This is why we offer the most affordable unlimited membership in wellness center history, so you can use it all the time and maximize your benefits!

No we don’t, we’re offering the lowest priced, all inclusive, unlimited membership in wellness history so it’s not possible to also provide towel service.

Yes, Our saunas and red light beds do have their own private rooms. So, you can change in there before and after your session. We also have showers onsite, once you exit the Red Bed or Sauna you can head over to our locker rooms and hit the showers to rinse off. We also have a bathroom on site as well.

Cryotherapy

Beginners usually go 1-2 min and our Cryo pros go 3-5 min.

The more skin that’s exposed the better so we recommend shorts, underwear, sports bra or a bathing suit/bikini, socks and you must wear closed toed shoes. That said, some of our first timers – we’ll have them go in with leggings, sweatpants and/or t-shirts to get their confidence up. Either way, we provide a wool cap, facial mask, gloves and slippers but you’re welcome to bring your own.

Closed Toed Shoes and Socks and a towel if you’d like.

Yes, our cryo chamber is in a room that can be locked but an attendant is always standing by to guide any members when needed.

You just open up a see-through door to a giant fridge/chamber and step inside for 1-5 min, depending on your experience level. Then step out and you’re done!

Most of our members feel an immediate boost in energy as well as mood! This happens because many of our body’s happy chemicals are released when your body is super cold!  Many feel relief from pain and inflammation as well.

Infrared Sauna

30 Minutes, we leave a buffer between appointments to give you time to change before and after your session.

Most like to wear their underwear or a bathing suit. You will be in a private room with a locked door for your privacy.

Water and towel

You just sit on the bench in the sauna for your 30 min. session.  Please make sure you bring 2 towels, one to dry off with and one to sit on. Also, make sure to bring water so you can properly hydrate during and after your session. People normally wear shorts, bathing suit or underwear.

An IR Sauna heats your body and core directly rather than the air around you. This makes for a more efficient heat which hovers around 130-150 degrees and enables you to stay in longer. As a result, you tend to sweat out more toxins from your fat cells in an IR sauna as opposed to an air sauna where you mainly sweat out water. We have the highest quality IR sauna in the market, Clearlight, which is the only one with Tru wave heaters that produce more FAR or LONG wave infrared heat which is more therapeutic.

Compression Therapy

You simply lie on one of our zero gravity beds and wear compression sleeves on one of the following areas of your body: Legs, Hips, or arms.

It’s phenomenal for recovery and helps significantly with blood circulation and lymph fluid drainage.

You are fully clothed in pants, or jeans, or sweat pants, or leggings with a shirt jacket or sweatshirt. We recommend taking everything out of your pockets if you’re doing hip or leg compression.

No, since you’re fully clothed, we have the compression chairs along the side of our center out in the open.

Phone or book to pass the time but many of our members love to take a quick nap in this station because of how comfortable it is.
